General
Motors University has designed 2 courses meeting the differing needs of
managers and executives. Each course uses a blended learning method incorporating
written material, online content, active learning and coaching to achieve
key learning objectives.
Participants
will have the opportunity to extend their business acumen and develop
new skills in areas such as strategy, marketing, SWOT analysis, functional
integration, finance and team building. Each program is designed to be
competitive, fast paced and enjoyable.
