Over the past 10+ years I’ve been with Capsim, one thing has remained constant—in everything we do, our customers come first.
I started my journey at Capsim as a Customer Relationship Consultant. Every day I partnered with instructors to help them to create a successful learning experience for their students. More recently, I transitioned into a Product Manager position. While I’m not on the phone with customers every day, they are still the main driving force behind my decisions. It is now the middle of August, which means summer programs are coming to an end as the upcoming school year fast approaches. This is the last week Senior Client Relationship Consultants, Renee Marongwe and Ranan de Jesus, will be teaching our Foundation simulation to students who are in the One Summer Chicago Program. To celebrate all that the students have accomplished, Capsim invited them to tour our office and speak with employees.
