Web Programmer/Analyst
Capsim develops and supports online business simulations for some of the world’s most prestigious academic and corporate universities. Our technology group is the driving force behind our innovative and fast growing company. As a Capsim Web Programmer/Analyst, you will be an expert engineer in the development, deployment and maintenance of web site applications. As a member of our technology team you will play a significant role in the internal design, implementation and maintenance of web applications which use and/or interface with a variety of technologies. You will be involved in routine debugging and analysis of technical issues, have the ability to isolate problems, analyze source code and propose solutions under tight time constraints.
Web Administrator
Capsim provides a 24/7 website to give students around the world constant access to the Capsim business simulations forming the core of their current studies. Our commitment to the thousands of students, professors and corporate trainers depending on our site at any moment is non-negotiable. As the Capsim Web Administrator, you will have experience in all aspects of the deployment of a high volume web site. You will be an experienced team leader, play a significant role in the internal design and implementation of web applications which use and/or interface with a variety of technologies and manage the systems, procedures and personnel necessary to rapidly initiate a site failover on a 24 x 7 basis.
Client Relationship Consultant
As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will provide customers with solutions and support for all Capsim® simulation products. Support includes basic program and technical assistance to all simulation users, such as students and corporate seminar participants. Additionally, you will facilitate long-term relationships with university and corporate instructors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building trust and affinity with your client base. You'll also manage various facets of the business with a personable and professional demeanor. Each day will include a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and reward you for providing superior client service and for increasing the customer base while improving retention.
