Capsim creates dynamic business simulation-based learning experiences carefully tailored to client-specific learning goals.

The Capsim instructors tailor each business training seminar experience to:

  • Provide participants with a new business model, that opens their minds to fresh thinking and learning
  • Tailor each end-of-round debrief and discussion to client priorities
  • Apply lessons from the simulation to the client’s business model
  • Develop pre-set success measures, where appropriate, to a client’s key measurement ratios
  • Add targeted learning tools – from pre- and post- questionnaires to peer evaluations and personal goal setting exercises –to expand the experience.
