A distinguishing element of the Capsim organization is its instructor and consulting staff.
Co-owners Dan Smith and Craig Watters remain intimately involved with the delivery of the business simulations in both the academic and management training markets. Both split their time between the company’s Northfield, Illinois office headquarters, and on the road, teaching.
