Foundation Business Simulation

The Foundation simulation experience is an engaging, immersive exploration of core business processes. Participants learn by running a business that simulates the management decision processes in a competitive environment. The Foundation simulation provides solid exposure to the essential elements in business such as the critical relationships among the key business areas of research and development, marketing, production, and finance. Capstone Business Simulation

The Capstone simulation experience is richer in scope than Foundation, yet similar in structure. Participants in a Capstone business simulation are faced with strategic decision making in a complex competitive marketplace. With five market segments and up to eight products to manage there is a challenging matrix of data and competitive variables. The experience emulates real-world challenges that corporate managers face every day. Comp-XM Competency Exam

Comp-XM is delivered as a proctored or take-home exam in two formats - Comp-XM Original, designed to provide data for assurance of learning accreditation; and Comp-XM Basix, to measure business acumen using the Balanced Scorecard. (Request a Demo)
