Comp-XM
Comp-XM is an assessment tool designed to determine and demonstrate what participants have learned through the Capsim business simulation experience and their business curriculum. Comp-XM provides data on performance against specific learning goals for assurance of learning and program assessment processes.

The unique two-part Comp-XM examination asks students to run their own business for four years and to answer questions from their Board of Directors at the end of each year. As the answers to each question depend on the specifics of the student's business performance, each exam is unique and cannot be replicated.
Comp-XM is delivered as a proctored or take-home exam in two formats - Comp-XM Original, designed to provide data for assurance of learning accreditation; and Comp-XM Basix, to measure business acumen using the Balanced Scorecard.
