Capsim training seminars look at course design, student behavior, teaching methods, assignments, and rubrics. Embed in the simulation experience are tools to assess and determine the Assurance of Learning process for accreditation. Participants are organized into teams and work through the simulation as both students and teachers.

The Capsim Curriculum Specialists help new users, and those evaluating simulation technology for their school, during the training seminars. The experienced faculty in each study group help participants over any hurdles, and the seminar concentrates the training into a few days.
