Registration Policies Please complete a registration for each individual attending the event. When your payment is processed, a confirmation will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks after your submission, please contact Capsim Management Simulations at 877-477-8787 (if you are outside the U.S. and Canada, please call 847-501-2888). Registration Space Availability Participation is based on availability and may sell out. Cancellation Refunds will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) at least 21 days prior to the meeting date. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS TIME. Please allow 4 - 8 weeks for a refund. Lodging Refer to the lodging information in the seminar description. Please Note Capsim® Management Simulations, Inc. is not liable for any related financial loss, theft, property damage, or personal injury resulting from registering for, participating in, attending any or all functions at the event, or traveling to and from the event. The total amount of any liability of Capsim® Management Simulations, Inc. will be limited to a refund of registration fees collected, less the cancellation fee (see cancellation policy.) Capsim® Management Simulations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event. In the unlikely event that Capsim® must cancel an event, all paid registrants will be given an opportunity to transfer to another Capsim® event, or receive a full refund upon written request by fax or email. Capsim® assumes no responsibility or liability for any other costs incurred by participants related to the registration. |
