Business ethics has become an increasingly important topic to teach prospective business students, due to the high number of ethical dilemmas that can arise in every aspect of business. Effectively teaching how to maintain a high degree of corporate responsibility in the face of competition and market pressure can be difficult. Capsim's Business Ethics Plug-in, which seamlessly integrates into the Capstone or Foundation Business Simulation, helps today's students become tomorrow's ethical executives. With it, students learn how to balance the needs of internal and external stakeholders, maintain focus on their strategy and work cohesively while responding to ethical issues.
The Ethics Plug-In requires teams to make decisions that have long and short-term impacts on their simulated company, creating a connection between the student's financial results and their decisions made in ethical domains.
