Practice rounds are different from the rehearsal simulation. Working as a group, you and your fellow managers will implement practice strategies and tactics. Now, you have a blank slate and must apply what you learned from the Rehearsal Simulation. There is no coach to guide you through the decision making process. Remember, this is just practice!

Use the practice rounds to organize work procedures and assignments (see "How can we organize our company?" in the General section of the FAQs for more information).

At the conclusion of the practice rounds, the simulation is reset and the real competition (and learning) begins. You take the reins of a $100 million company and become the driving force behind its strategy and tactics.
