On the Human Resources screen Turnover jumps to 20.0%. Recruiting Cost has dropped to $80,000, but there is now a Separation Cost (the cost of firing the workers) of $1,500,000. Also, note that Production After Adjustment has dropped well below the schedules. Not enough workers are available! Output will be curtailed by a significant amount.
