Additional Modules

Instructors can activate up to four additional modules. Your Industry Dashboard will notify you if they are scheduled and in what round they are to begin.

If they are enabled, the modules will give you more control over labor costs (Labor Negotiations, Human Resources and TQM/Sustainability modules), promotion and sales budgets (Advanced Marketing) and production costs (TQM/Sustainability). The TQM/Sustainability module also allows you to invest in areas that help control R&D, distribution and administrative costs.

Are strike times added together for each negotiation issue?
Do sales from inventory continue during a strike?
Do strikes affect R&D completion dates?
We offered less to workers than our competition, yet our negotiated settlement is higher. Why?
What determines the length of a strike?
What is the difference between overtime and a second shift?
What sort of TQM/Sustainability investments should we make?
When are TQM/Sustainability investments effective?
When do labor negotiations occur?
When is the new labor contract effective?
When is the wage escalator applied to wages?
Where do I enter my labor negotiation decisions?
Will a low offer during Labor Negotiations affect Turnover and Productivity?
