7.3.4 Labor Might Adjust Demand

Labor's Initial Demand is 10% above the current Industry Best in each of the negotiating areas.

However, when Labor opens all the offers, if any of the Starting Positions exceeds the Initial Demand, Labor will adjust its demand to match the higher offer. In this case, Labor adjusts its demand to reflect Company 3's offer of $24.00 an hour.
