Setting Internet Explorer to Accept Cookies

Internet Explorer 5.0 and 5.5

To set Internet Explorer 5.0 to accept "per-session" cookies, click on the Tools pull-down menu and select Internet Options. [Next]

When the new window opens, click the Security tab. [Next]

When the Security tab opens, click Custom Level. This will open a new window called Security Settings. [Next]

Scroll approximately a third of the way down the Security Settings window and click Enable under "per-session cookies" then click OK. When the Security Settings window closes, click OK to close the Internet Options window.

Internet Explorer 4.0 users:

1. Go to the View pull-down menu and select Internet Options.
2. When the new window opens, click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll halfway down the page and click one of the "accept cookies" options.
