Why did Excel show a "No data selected parse" message? |

Usually this message appears if your user id or password begins with a number or contains one or more of these kinds of characters (&, *, !, #, $, etc.).
Some passwords work for the website but not in Excel ®. To change your login, click the Account link in the menu on the left.
