Why is Excel displaying a run-time error? |

Run-time errors are sometimes due to an incorrect downloading (please download the spreadsheet, please do not open it within the web browser) or from having two Excel ® spreadsheets open at the same time.
Downloading requires right clicking on the download link (on the word, "Here"), choosing Save target as or Save target link as, and saving anywhere to your local computer.
