What sort of TQM investments should we make? |

Total Quality Management investments begin to show benefits at $500K per initiative per year. Diminishing returns become apparent at $2M per initiative per year and cumulatively (that is, over two or three years), at $5M per initiative.
Tip: Keep an eye on the projected returns shown on the right side of the screen. They will give you an immediate indication if the investment is worthwhile. Examining the proformas before and after the investment will give you further information.
