Why is my new product running 2nd Shift even though my production entry matches capacity? |

The plant runs on overtime because the product is not available for production until the day it emerges from R&D (R&D Revision Date). Therefore the plant stands idle until that time, and it must run on overtime after the product emerges to meet the production demand
