As a professor who is passionate about having his students prepared to enter the workforce, Blaine McCormick from Baylor University believes it is never too early to begin teaching college students the basics of business.

Professor McCormick teaches Capsim's Foundation Business Simulation primarily to freshman and sophomore students at Baylor's Hankamer School of Business. He took the helm of Business 1301 three years ago because he wanted to be a key figure in shaping the culture of the business school.

Play the video to learn his methods of teaching a business simulation, and why, in his students' words, it appears to be working, very, very well.
