Corporate programs can be scheduled to run intensively over ten days, or spread over up to six weeks. The flexible program allows people from your business units around the country or the world to compete with each other, network together and develop team decision-making skills.

Online Delivery
Your people will receive their training online, wherever in the world they may be. They can be in teams or work individually. The programs contain communication packages that facilitate teamwork. Individuals can set their own schedules, within any criteria you determine.

Online seminar participants commit to joining each scheduled live debrief session (all they need is an internet connection and a phone line) plus around three hours of additional team activity per week. Many expand their time commitment willingly to delve deeper into the business issues and challenges as they arise through the simulation.

On-Site Delivery
From two to four days, these intense, face-to-face seminars focus the learning from the simulation, provide extensive opportunity for discussion and analysis and powerful team building opportunities.

Participants enter a dynamic head-to-head competition, competing for the biggest share of the market, the profits and the attention of Wall Street. Each team decides its own strategic direction and sets its own benchmarks. Winners are determined based on how they performed against their individual measures.

Hybrid Delivery
Many MSI® clients build their own programs using a mix of online and live training elements. For example, programs can be introduced live, with the balance of the simulation conducted via the web. Alternatively, programs can be launched and conducted over the web, and concluded with a face-to-face final debrief.
