Christina began her career in Finance with Volvo Commercial Finance and then continued with The Home Depot. She pursued her passion for poverty alleviation through the internal audit department of CARE USA before joining the interactive learning and development space in 2007.
Since then, she has worked for a number of simulation and immersive learning design firms as a facilitator, instructional designer, and project manager. At her most recent firm, she launched the internship program, which is still in existence.
In 2017, Christina decided to launch her own business and continues to design and deliver interactive programs to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government entities.
In her free time, Christina enjoys running half marathons, knitting blankets, hiking with her rescue dogs, and occasionally biking with her husband.

Jim Caruso is an experienced global talent development, business simulation, and executive education leader who has designed, facilitated, managed, and customized over 265 business acumen and leadership courses using business simulations in 5 continents. He bridges practice and theory as he capitalizes on his diverse roles in experiential learning/simulation and communication skills training consultancies (Strategic Management Group (SMG), Infopro Learning, and The Executive Technique), corporate L&D (Deloitte, Covance, and Vanguard), and executive education (Drexel and Rutgers).
Jim’s passion is to integrate and apply (1) client’s business and organizational challenges, (2) business acumen and leadership knowledge and skills, and (3) various blended learning strategies and methodologies including business simulations and experiential learning to enable businesses and individuals to (1) think critically and make better business decisions, (2) solve business problems, and (3) improve their business performance.
