Authored emails and IMs will display at the start of the Inbox unless otherwise specified. You’ll now find that the top of the Email Settings panel is titled Schedule and is accompanied by an explanation on what will trigger your content to display. In the case the email or instant message is tied to a response, authors will now see the following message:
In some cases, responses might lead to the same follow-up message but in different periods of time. We’ve restructured timing in a way that allows you to set different delays for the same emails or IMs.
